Landover, MD, November 10, 2000 - Pointe Technology will be featured on a news segment for “Business Now”, a weekly television show that interviews the best and brightest companies in America. The 4-minute segment will air on Sunday, November 19, 2000 at 10 a.m. on WJLA – TV Channel 7, an ABC affiliate.
“Business Now” is broadcast Sunday mornings to 1 million homes in Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco and Washington. Within six months, “Business Now” is expected to extend its coverage to Dallas, San Diego, Denver, Los Angeles and Seattle.
“Business Now” differs from programs on CNBC and CNN because it offers vignette-style coverage of local companies. Many of the show’s segments are tailored to specific markets, while some feature stories are compiled by Business Week magazine.
