POINTE TECHNOLOGY ASSISTS THE MOTLEY FOOL’S
QUALITY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT

Landover, MD, July 18, 2000 – The Motley Fool recently selected Pointe Technology Group, Inc. (www.pointetech.com) to assist their Quality Assurance department in testing five of their business applications to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of a new testing approach.
To take full advantage of Pointe Technology’s quality assurance and testing expertise, The Motley Fool contracted Pointe to generate a comprehensive test strategy plan, which includes: writing of manual test plans and cases; execution of test cases; bug reporting; regression testing of all fixes; and finalized reporting. Certified Pointe professionals will apply their experience and skills in a variety of technical areas to establish a testing methodology, by employing industry standards and a “best practices” development approach.
Through the implementation of quality assurance, quality control and configuration management techniques, Pointe will enhance The Motley Fool’s existing processes and mentor The Motley Fool’s entire quality assurance department throughout the project lifecycle.
